Senior Technical Writer

Job Title : Technical Writer Key Responsibilities 1. Case Study & Technical Blog Creation ∙Research, understand, and document complex engineering challenges. ∙Write case studies showing problem → solution → architecture → business impact. ∙Produce deep-technical blog posts on topics such as : oScript loading optimization in Next.Js oTracking integrations (Segment, Fingerprint, web analytics) oComposable architecture, headless CMS setups oWeb performance improvements oAPI orchestration and microservices ∙Ensure content is technically accurate, narrative-strong, and aligned with SEO goals. 2. Technical Writing & Documentation ∙Convert engineering work into structured written outputs : oImplementation guides oArchitecture diagrams oIntegration walkthroughs oTechnical SOPs oBest practice documentation ∙Write documentation developers actually want to read—clear, concise, step- by-step. 3. Full-Stack Technical Expertise (Applied for Content Validation) ∙Review code bases, snippets, and architecture to ensure technical accuracy. ∙Build small proofs of concept where needed to validate technical flows. ∙Understand both front-end and back-end concepts at a professional level : oNext.Js, React, Node.Js oAPIs, microservices, serverless oAuthentication, analytics, tracking, tagging oCI / CD, performance audits ∙Collaborate with engineers to extract insights and convert them into publishable content. 4. Business-Oriented Messaging ∙Translate technical achievements into business value language. ∙Create content for both technical decision-makers and non-technical executives. ∙Write commercially impactful narratives such as : o“How We Reduced Script Blocking Time by 45%, Improving SEO Rankings” o“How Fingerprint + Segment Integration Improved Lead Attribution Accuracy” ∙Ensure every piece of content supports the company’s brand, revenue goals, and positioning. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work ∙Work with developers to extract stories and technical details. ∙Work with founders / marketing to shape the voice and angle of content. ∙Participate in technical brainstorming sessions to capture insights for future writing. ∙Maintain a structured backlog of content ideas, drafts, revisions, and analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Competencies ∙3+ years as a full-stack developer (Next.Js preferred). ∙Strong proficiency in : oJavaScript / TypeScript oReact / Next.Js (including App Router, SSR / SSG, script loading patterns) oNode.Js (APIs, server functions, middleware) oWeb performance audits (LCP, TTFB, script prioritization, caching strategies) ∙Experience with tracking integrations (Segment, GA4, Fingerprint, server-side tagging). ∙Understanding of composable and headless architectures. Writing Competencies ∙Proven ability to write clear, deep technical content. ∙Ability to convert engineering complexity into business-friendly communication. ∙Experience producing case studies, documentation, and developer-focused articles. ∙Strong research and storytelling abilities.
