Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales & Admissions Representative who will speak to women (30–55 years old) who have already attended our 3-day Emotional Wellness Workshop.

No cold calling. No random leads.

All our leads already know us and are seeking solutions.

Your role is to guide them, answer their questions, and help them make a confident decision to join our premium Emotional Wellness Program.

This is NOT a call-centre job.

This is professional communication, emotional intelligence, and high-income sales training.

What You Will Do

Speak with leads who have attended our workshop and are actively looking for emotional and wellness support

Understand their challenges, listen patiently, and build trust

Guide them emotionally and help them make informed decisions

Follow our step-by-step sales system (provided during training)

Maintain records, update status, and track daily performance

Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

You will be personally trained by an IIT alumnus in advanced communication, psychology, emotional guidance, and sales frameworks.

Who Can Apply

1. Experienced Closers

If you’ve previously done sales, customer handling, or counselling — this is a great opportunity to grow quickly.

Salary & Incentives

Base salary : ₹20,000 per month

Incentives : 5% per sale (≈ ₹1,000 per sale)

Top performers : Salary doubles to ₹40,000 within 90 working days

Work Structure

7–8 hours per day

7 days a week (3 paid leaves per month)

Remote work

Regular performance evaluation

Underperformance in the first 30 days may lead to replacement
