About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with a deep technical understanding of the platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives.

Location : Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)

Employment Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex and scalable Salesforce code solutions while guiding the development team on best practices and optimal implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as required.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team.
