Performance Marketing (Part-Time)

About the Role
Zara is looking for a part-time Performance Marketing professional to support our digital growth across paid channels. You will focus on optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and improving ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
- Monitor daily performance KPIs : ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, keywords, and audiences.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Content, Branding) to align messaging and funnel strategy.
- Manage part-time performance budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (must-have).Ability to work with analytics tools : Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, or similar.Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and tracking (Pixel, UTMs, events).Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.Available to work part-time, remote-friendly.Nice to Have
Experience in fashion / retail / e-commerce.Knowledge of remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation.
