Job Summary :

Lead end-to-end retail operations, drive sales performance, manage store teams, and ensure smooth execution across outlets. Oversee inventory, analyse sales trends, enhance customer experience, and support promotional activities. Ensure policy compliance, conduct store reviews, manage vendors, and develop team capabilities.

Requirements :

10–15 years’ retail operations experience, strong leadership, customer focus, analytical ability, people management, vendor management, business acumen, and proficiency with retail systems. MBA preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours.
