The Creative Associate will be responsible for developing high-quality creatives and videos for social media, marketplace listings, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and overall brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static posts, Reels, short-form videos, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, , etc
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and social trends.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic style.
- Create product infographics, banners, and listing creatives for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
- Maintain uniform branding across all marketplace assets.
- Work with the marketing and catalog teams to improve product presentation.
- Design high-conversion flyers, GIFs, and visuals for email and WhatsApp marketing.
- Maintain clarity, visual hierarchy, and strong messaging in campaign designs.
- Support the marketing calendar with timely creative deliverables.
- Contribute to brand identity development including typography, color palette, and visual elements.
- Maintain a consistent brand language across all mediums.
- Assist in packaging design, brochures, lookbooks, and promotional collaterals.
Good to have :
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role (preferably in lifestyle, D2C, fashion, or home decor brands).Strong visual and aesthetic sense aligned with modern lifestyle brands.Proficiency in design and video software : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects, Canva, etc.Experience in creating short-form content and Reels is a must.Understanding of social media communication and digital design trends.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and consistency.A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
