Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions and many more.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements
• Strong people management skills with the ability to set / get alignment toward a direction
• Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources
• To formulate plans / practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy.
• Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities.
• Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched
• Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.
