Summary :

The role involves leading and managing the technical delivery of projects, providing guidance on architecture, security, and best practices. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end design, development, and unit testing, as well as planning and delivering new application functionality and enhancements. The position also includes accountability for resource management, budget decisions, and hiring, while supporting change management processes and implementing new solutions in alignment with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Playing technical lead / manager role with managing delivery, risk mitigation and technical assistance to the team.
• Provide technical vision and guidance for the engineering team by establishing and enforcing best practices in architecture design, application security and code reviews.
• Take ownership and assume end to end responsibility including design and unit test code.
• Able to specify, plan and deliver new or updated application functionality.
• Accountable for decisions on resources, budgets, hiring new talent.
• Plan the delivery of new or functionality enhancements.
• As part of the Applications team support the change management process on existing systems and implement new solutions in line with project implementations.
