Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Associate Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of modern digital platforms. The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in backend engineering, a strong understanding of frontend technologies, robust database fundamentals, and hands-on experience with cloud-native environments. The role demands strong technical leadership, the ability to mentor teams, define engineering standards, and drive end-to-end project execution.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across web and mobile ecosystems
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks for new projects
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures, integration patterns, and implementation plans
- Develop high-level and low-level design documents, system diagrams, and interface contracts
- Provide accurate effort estimations, risk assessments, and feasibility insights
- Ability to define clear API contracts and collaborate closely with frontend teams
- Experience in designing efficient schemas, optimizing queries, and planning for database scalability
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across teams
Requirements
Hands-on development experience in at least one or two backend technologies such as Java / Node.js / Python / GolangExpertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing, event-driven patterns, and distributed systemsWorking knowledge of at least one frontend framework : React, Angular, or VueStrong experience with Relational Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL ServerGood understanding of NoSQL technologies : MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etcFamiliarity with at least one major cloud provider—AWS, Azure, or Google CloudHands-on experience with cloud-native services (serverless, managed DBs, container services, queues, caching, etc.)Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and observabilityExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) is a plusExposure to AI / LLM tools, prompt engineering concepts, and applied use of models in product engineeringKnowledge of AI-native patterns such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, etcUnderstanding of agentic frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, OpenAI Agents, DeepAgent, etc
