Job Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing efforts across platforms. You’ll drive full-funnel user acquisition campaigns, optimize for growth metrics like CAC and ROAS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of digital growth.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where creative thinking meets performance rigor. You'll work on global campaigns, across multiple geographies, and with a strong testing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Channel Management
Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channels
Define channel-wise growth targets, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
Own CAC, ROAS, NCPA, and repeat purchase goals end-to-end
Identify new channel opportunities and test them for scalability
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch and manage multi-country, multi-language campaigns
Conduct rigorous A / B testing across ad formats, creatives, targeting, and landing pages
Optimize ad performance in real-time and run weekly deep-dives on performance breakdowns
Work closely with designers and motion editors to develop high-performing creatives
Funnel Analysis & Reporting
Set up tracking frameworks using GA4, MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer) and campaign dashboards
Analyze full-funnel user behavior to improve drop-offs and boost conversion
Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders with clear insights and actions
Collaborate with BI teams to build dashboards and run cohort-level analyses
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, lifecycle, brand, and SEO teams to align acquisition with retention and brand goals
Work with CRM and product teams to connect acquisition to downstream monetization
Share learnings with global market teams and adapt messaging / targeting for local nuances
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in digital / performance marketing with direct ownership of budgets and channel strategy
Proven success managing large-scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and more
Strong command of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, and LTV
Experience working with analytics platforms, attribution tools, and ad tech stacks
Hands-on experience running experiments, scaling campaigns, and managing creative pipelines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in travel, telco, fintech, or consumer tech
Experience managing global campaigns with region-specific targeting and localization
Familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust
Understanding of landing page optimization and CR
