Job descriptionā ā Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals ā ā Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels ā ā Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints ā ā Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms ā ā Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment ā ā Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI ā ā Oversee social media strategy and content direction ā ā Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives ā ā Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance ā ā Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR) ā ā Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales ā ā Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives ā ā Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies ā ā Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI ā ā Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership ā ā Drive decision-making through data and market insights Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus Bachelor's or Masterās degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
