HR Programs Intern

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening : Find and screen candidates from job Sites, social media, and professional networks to create a pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Interview Scheduling : Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide support for virtual recruitment events.
• Administrative support : Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), update databases, and provide general administrative help to the TA team.
• Candidates - Screen, shortlist & interviews candidates
• Onboarding : Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
