Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
Strategize, plan, and manage comprehensive social media initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to elevate brand presence and engagement.
2. Content Creation and Curation
Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that embodies the luxury and experiential ethos of Lohono Stays.
3. Social Media Engagement
Oversee daily content scheduling and posting. Actively manage audience interactions by responding to comments, messages, and fostering engagement through polls, quizzes, and other interactive formats.
4. Influencer and Partnership Strategy
Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand-aligned partners. Coordinate campaigns and co-create content to boost brand visibility and reach.
5. Campaign Management .
Evaluation and analysis of organic campaigns
6. Community Building
Nurture and manage online communities that promote positive interactions, brand advocacy, and customer loyalty.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitive benchmarks, and content performance. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and present regular reports to stakeholders.
8. Crisis Management
Proactively monitor brand mentions and swiftly manage potential issues to protect and uphold Lohono Stays’ reputation.
9. Event Promotion, Brand Collaborations & Content Marketing
Promote exclusive villa launches, luxury events, and brand partnerships through compelling social media content. Lead content marketing initiatives that drive engagement and reinforce the brand’s premium positioning.
