Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager specializing in Paid Ads for a full-time, remote role. The selected candidate will develop, manage, and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include creating data-driven content strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand goals. The manager will oversee analytics, track key performance metrics, create detailed reports, and stay updated on social media trends to maximize campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Proficiency in Content Strategy development and Writing engaging content

Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer interaction

Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and report results

Experience with running paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter

Knowledge of cryptocurrency and a passion for the fintech industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
