Key Responsibilities

Source products and services aligned with operational and business needs.

Negotiate contracts to secure optimal value, ensuring quality and cost savings.

Build and manage long-term supplier relationships for sustainable growth.

Oversee end-to-end purchasing cycle : requisition, processing, delivery, and logistics.

Ensure timely, accurate vendor payments in collaboration with the finance team.

Periodically assess vendor performance across quality, delivery, and compliance.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audit readiness.

Partner with operations and logistics teams for supply chain optimization.

Identify actionable cost-saving opportunities without compromising standards.

Prepare strategic procurement reports, presenting insights to management.

Who Should Apply

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Logistics, Commerce, or Management.

Minimum 5 Years' Procurement Experience (logistics Preferred).

Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, contract review, and logistics.

Advanced expertise in MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven track record in supply chain management, cost savings strategies, and compliance.
