EDI Consultant (Oracle EBS + IBM Sterling Exposure)

We are looking for an experienced EDI Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS / Oracle E-Commerce Gateway , along with working exposure to IBM Sterling , to support global customer onboarding and EDI operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage EDI integrations, onboarding, and end-to-end coordination with global customers.

Handle EDI workflows using Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway .

Support existing EDI transactions (850 / 855 / 856 / 810) and additional customer requests.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless ERP–EDI integration.

Work with IBM Sterling at a functional / exposure level—capable of supporting minimal configurations and coordination with the VAN team.

Lead communication with trading partners and ensure smooth execution.

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS , especially Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (Inbound / Outbound processing).

Exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination (hands-on not mandatory).

Solid understanding of EDI standards : X12 , EDIFACT .

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Good to Have

Experience with global EDI implementations (US / EU / APAC).

Familiarity with transactions : 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.
