Talent Management Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resource team in creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic Job Evaluation Project . This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry. Key Responsibilities :

Job Description Development :

Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information.

Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles in the Apparel Design Team.

Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.

Job Evaluation Support :

Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.G., responsibilities, skills, impact).

Participate in benchmarking exercises and internal grading discussions.

Help prepare documentation and presentations for evaluation panels.

HR Documentation & Research :

Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.

Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.

Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.

Stakeholder Coordination :

Schedule and attend meetings with design, merchandising, and production teams.

Take notes and follow up on action items related to job analysis.
