Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and modern LLM-based systems . You will architect, build, and optimize AI solutions that integrate retrieval pipelines, vector search, and generative models to deliver high-accuracy, scalable, and enterprise-ready AI applications.

This role is ideal for an engineer who has deployed production-grade GenAI systems , understands prompt engineering , LLM orchestration , and MLOps , and can lead AI initiatives end-to-end.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in AI / ML engineering, with deep hands-on work in NLP and LLM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks ( PyTorch , TensorFlow , Hugging Face Transformers ).
• Expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus).
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture , embeddings, similarity search, and knowledge-grounded generation.
• Experience building production-grade GenAI systems using OpenAI , Anthropic , Llama , Azure OpenAI , etc.
• Familiarity with LangChain , LlamaIndex , or custom orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Strong system design and API development skills.
