Accounting Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Maintenance of books of account in accounting software- D365
• Supervised a team of atleast 2 members
• Review and guide the team managing AP process and expense claims
• Month end – Closing activities (Provision working, Open Provision tracking, Provision reversal working, reconciliation of expense trackers)
• Open PO / WO and GRN analysis
• Preparation of monthly Balance sheet and Profit / Loss account
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and reconciliations, MoM, QoQ and YoY comparative statement
• Liaising with auditors / banker / clients
• Open advances and payables ageing analysis
• General Ledger Scrutiny
• GST reconciliations
• Good communications skills
• Self-motivated having organisational and planning skills
• Quality conscious and committed

B.Com / CA Inter with 5+ years of experience in accounting and taxes
