Area & Regional Sales Manager (Edtech & B2B)

Who We're Looking For :
- Proven track record in curriculum sales / ICT publishing (Prefer Companies : KIPS, Orange, PMP, Inventant, Avartan etc.)
- Strong network with 100+ school leaders / ICT teachers
- Passion to grow with a fast-scaling EdTech brand
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in K-12 schools.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to school leadership, educators, and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure post-sales engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, training, customer support) to deliver value to Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, education, publishing, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for education.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office / Google Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or events.
Preferred Skills :
Experience selling to schools, school chains, or educational institutions.Knowledge of learning management systems, digital content, or curriculum solutions.Regional language proficiency (as applicable).Perks & Benefits :
