Role Description

• As a design lead, you are responsible for developing and executing designs for all mediums, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
• You will craft the DLS and ethos of how customers interacts with Cherry platform .
• You will own the process design and make sure you have an understanding of the tech layers while guiding every concept and interaction of the medium.
• Work with multiple teams to clarify what is needed and deliver creative solutions for operational needs.
• You will be required to set design directions for product initiatives while maintaining consistent design language across platforms.
• You will be expected to deliver design outputs and foster standards of design and collaboration.
• You are expected to design extraordinary ideas and systems.
• You will be expected to think out of the box to identify how UX interventions can drive business growth
