Job Description

The Facets Expert will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Facets-based healthcare solutions. This role involves managing platform installations, batch configurations, and end-to-end upgrade projects. The candidate must collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional applications to ensure smooth delivery and performance of Facets systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business priorities and requirements to implement Facets solutions effectively.
• Perform Facets installation, batch configuration, and platform upgrades.
• Manage Facets upgrade projects, including provisioning of Facets Batch and HIPAA gateway servers.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of Facets upgrades and coordinate with business and cross-application teams.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Design and build solutions using .NET / C#, Angular, and related technologies.
• Develop applications / services based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.
• Re-engineer monolithic or SQL-heavy applications into modern, cloud-ready (Azure) solutions.
• Ensure code follows organizational standards and best practices.
• Resolve production issues within defined SLAs through RCA and preventive action.
• Utilize AI-driven tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot) and automation using Python.
• Participate in design, code, and peer reviews.
• Adopt DevOps and CI / CD principles in project execution.
• Lead feature implementation, cross-team collaboration, and innovation initiatives.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
