Nova Benefits is on a mission to provide the best in class health and wellness benefits for employees in India. We envision that a vast majority of the county's population will get better access to high-quality healthcare through their employers. At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 5 years , we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

You'll be improving and responsible for

1. Speaking to Nova's prospective clients

2. Understanding their unique requirements

3. Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition

4. Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

  • What are we looking for?

    1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry

    2. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

    3. "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude

    4. Passion for working for a tech startup

    5. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets

    6. Strong Insurance broking domain knowledge

    You're awesome at

  • Persistence
  • Discipline
  • Deep understanding of how to sell
  • Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
