Job descriptionOversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization. Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets. Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware software and networking systems. Provide end-user support. Manage user accounts including set up removal and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently and escalate if necessary. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science etc or equivalent.
- Cloud and network related Certifications & Trainings.
