About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and research-driven Senior Voice AI R&D Engineer to join our cutting-edge team focused on building low-latency, contextual Voice AI systems . This role demands deep expertise in designing and optimizing real-time voice AI pipelines , training Large Language Models (LLMs) for voice-specific tasks, and developing hallucination control algorithms to ensure reliable and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and optimize low-latency voice AI pipelines for real-time applications and multi agentic platform.
• Conduct original research in voice AI, contextual understanding, and hallucination mitigation.
• Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs tailored for voice-based interactions.
• Develop and implement hallucination control algorithms to improve model reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into production systems.
• Publish and present research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
