Senior Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Google Ads Expert with a proven track record of managing successful B2C performance marketing campaigns for US-based companies. This role requires someone who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — all while delivering exceptional ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for US-based B2C clients
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to US consumer behavior
• Independently manage campaign budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ monthly
• Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting optimization
• Build and test multiple campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative variations to maximize performance
• Analyze campaign data to drive data-informed optimization decisions
• Implement advanced testing methodologies including keyword testing, creative testing, and bidding strategy testing
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving cost efficiency
• Stay ahead of Google Ads algorithm changes, policies, and new feature rollouts
• Provide strategic recommendations, insights, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders
• Manage relationships with US clients, understanding their business goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, video concepts, and display assets
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends within the US B2C space
