Client Relations Specialist

We’re hiring – Client Communication (Bid & Proposal Management) – India

We’re expanding our Bid and Proposal Management team and looking for :

1–2 years in client communication, presales, RFP coordination, or inside sales

What you’ll do :

• Act as the primary communication link with clients for RFPs / RFIs / RFQs
• Handle emails, clarification calls, and follow-ups in a clear, professional manner
• Capture client requirements and translate them into internal action items
• Support proposal formatting, compliance checks, and on-time submission

What you bring :

✅ Confident, polished spoken & written English

✅ Strong email writing, call handling, and meeting etiquette

✅ MS Word & PowerPoint skills to present information clearly

✅ Ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive under deadlines
