Key Responsibilities : Implement brand visual guidelines across the store Plan and execute window displays, mannequin styling, and focal points Ensure timely seasonal and promotional VM changes Collaborate with the store team to maintain visual standards Analyze customer flow and adjust layouts to optimize product visibility Conduct regular store audits and VM reporting Train store staff on VM basics and standards Requirements : 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising (retail / fashion / beauty) Strong knowledge of styling, layout, and display techniques Attention to detail and creative flair Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of current fashion / retail trends
