Job Title : Store Visual Merchandiser (VM)

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Store Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience and bring the brand's aesthetics to life through compelling visual displays.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement brand visual guidelines across the store

Plan and execute window displays, mannequin styling, and focal points

Ensure timely seasonal and promotional VM changes

Collaborate with the store team to maintain visual standards

Analyze customer flow and adjust layouts to optimize product visibility

Conduct regular store audits and VM reporting

Train store staff on VM basics and standards

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in visual merchandising (retail / fashion / beauty)

Strong knowledge of styling, layout, and display techniques

Attention to detail and creative flair

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of current fashion / retail trends
