Job Summary
The Store VM Execution Executive is responsible for implementing and maintaining high-impact visual merchandising standards across departments in a luxury retail environment. This role ensures that all visual elements reflect the brand’s premium identity, enhance customer experience, and support commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising Execution
- Implement seasonal VM guidelines and brand directives across departments such as fashion, beauty, home, and accessories.
- Ensure exceptional visual standards consistent with the luxury positioning of the store.
- Oversee timely rollouts of window displays, mannequin styling, in-store storytelling, and focal point setups.
2. Brand Alignment & Aesthetic Consistency
Maintain visual consistency in line with international luxury brands and internal identity.Adapt VM elements creatively to cater to local trends without compromising global aesthetics.Collaborate with brand representatives for co-branded activations and visual storytelling.3. Store Experience Enhancement
Curate immersive visual environments to inspire and delight luxury consumers.Enhance customer journey through strategic use of space, lighting, scenting, and signage.Continually evolve store layouts based on customer flow and seasonal priorities.4. Compliance & Quality Control
Perform regular visual audits ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and luxury standards.Identify deviations and swiftly implement corrective actions to maintain consistency.Track and manage inventory of VM assets, ensuring availability and proper usage.5. Reporting & Feedback
Share weekly reports and photo documentation with VM leadership and brand stakeholders.Collect store-level insights on customer engagement with visual elements.Recommend enhancements to improve visual impact and elevate the store ambiance.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in visual merchandising execution within a premium or luxury retail environment.Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, customer expectations, and retail storytelling.Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and layout.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; ability to work collaboratively across functions.
