Technical Presales Engineer - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather information about existing infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
• Solution Design & Architecture : Develop and present on-premises infrastructure solutions, including networking, security, endpoint protection, servers, and storage.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, bill of materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and responses to RFPs / RFIs.
• Provide the Effort estimate, SOW for the Implementation
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Design architecture diagrams and technical proposals outlining the solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the recommended offerings.
• Address technical inquiries and concerns raised by customers during presentations and meetings.
• Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase key capabilities.
• Execution of proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate the feasibility and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the market.
