Job Summary

Responsible for operating and programming of CMM machine and ensure that components are inspected as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Candidate must be able to do operating and programming on Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Specifically, for Mitutoyo Make Crysta Apex V, MOCOSMOS 3.0 Software.
• Preference to the candidate with standard room inspection experiences, like VMM, 2D height gauge, Vernier, Micrometers, Plug gauges, Thread gauges, surface finish tester and counter profile Mitutoyo C-3200.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols accurately.
• Inspect the parts as per drawings and share the reports with respective team for corrections if any.
• Knowledge of calibration of equipment.
• Must have basic computer operating knowledge.
• Ensure material movement and traceability within the shop floor.
• Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
