Senior Software Engineer(Node.JS+React.JS+Golang)

Job Description :

We're looking for a dynamic professional with 7+ years of hands-on development and technical experience.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and architecting scalable, high-performance systems using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang).

The position involves shaping architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and establishing best practices and coding standards. Working closely with the Product team and CTO, the Senior Software Engineer will ensure that technology strategies align seamlessly with business objectives. This is a highly hands-on role, focused on building complex features, developing proofs of concept (POCs), and providing strong technical direction across projects.

Role & Responsibilities : -

Define tech stack strategy (evaluation / adoption of React, Node, gRPC, Go, etc.)- Lead system design for scalability (microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure)-

Review code and enforce best practices (testing, security, performance)- Oversee and contribute to React Native mobile development (good to have)- Conduct technical interviews and support building high-performing team.
