• 10+ years of working in the Fintech domain specifically in Lending and Finance space
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity
• Systems thinking to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Critical thinking and creativity to address complex challenges.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
