Exp : 2 to 9 years On Roll exp in Channel Sales ,B2C Sales
Education : Any Graduate
Communication : Excellent communication
Industry Exp : Previous or current exp in Paint only
Key Dealer Management :
- Appoint & Adopt 30-40 Key Paint dealers (Anchor outlets : PIL sale >
=30 lacs per annum, Non-Anchor outlets : PIL sale >
=12 lacs per annum) in all covered towns
Driving User Loyalty & Engagement
Team Management :
Providing clarity on scorecard & driving higher team score
