ManpowerGroup is hiring for the position of IT Executive !
Location : Powai, Mumbai (Candidate should based in or near Powai, Mumbai (within a 5–10 km radius)
Shift : General (Day Shift)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Minimum Experience : 3years
Job Description :
- Having a Good hands-on Apple MacBook, iPhone, and IOS, Audio Video conferencing devices
- Experience in Desktop & Laptop hardware Support, Networking, and Windows 11 Troubleshooting.
- OS-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, IT helpdesk, remote support, etc. Setting up AD user accounts, O365 email IDs, permissions, passwords, and drive encryption, etc.
- Configuration & troubleshooting MS- Outlook, one drive Security tools (MS Defender, ZScaler, Splunk, Qualys)
- Troubleshooting skills on LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, ILL, and broadband. able to troubleshoot Windows 10 OS-related issues.
- Technical handling of escalated issues received from L-1 support engineers.
- Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office 365, MECM)
- Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance, able to resolve the IT tickets in the Service Desk tool quickly
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and within a team
