Role Overview

We’re looking for a HR Recruiter who understands the FinTech / BFSI landscape and who wants to build a career in HR and recruitment.

This role involves complete ownership of sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates across tech, product, design, data, business, and operational roles.

You’ll handle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping us close roles within defined timelines. We need someone who learns fast, communicates well, and can manage multiple tasks with responsibility and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal lists.
• Engage candidates with clear communication about BeFiSc and the role.
• Conduct basic screenings to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview rounds with internal teams.
• Maintain candidate data and documentation.
• Build a steady pipeline of relevant talent.
• Ensure timely closures of open roles within the given TAT.
