Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Caller to follow up on insurance claims with payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. The role involves analyzing claim denials, initiating appeals, and resolving outstanding balances by contacting insurance companies via phone.

Requirements

• Salary : Based on the performance, skill and knowledge in the process
• Experience : 1-2 years in AR calling (US healthcare)
• Strong knowledge of AR calling processes, ONLY AR CALLERS
• Must have own system / laptop, headset and a stable internet connection
• Preferred only Immediate joiners only from Chennai, TamilNadu
• Experience in denial management and handling AR calls
• Knowledge of healthcare payment processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with healthcare billing software
• Familiarity with medical coding and billing terminology
• Certifications in healthcare billing or coding are a plus
