We are a real estate firm working in the industrial, warehousing, group-housing, and liaisoning sectors across Gurgaon. Our work involves property transactions, documentation, coordination, and assisting clients through various approval and compliance processes.

We’re looking for a Real Estate Intern who is organized, dependable, and quick to respond. The role blends coordination, data management, client communication, and operational support, offering a well-rounded introduction to how real estate functions on a day-to-day basis.

Role Overview :

This internship offers a first-hand understanding of how real estate functions operationally. The intern will be involved in data management, client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. They will also assist the team working on liaisoning and documentation matters - observing how regulatory processes work in practice.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle client, broker, and departmental calls with professionalism and clarity.

Maintain and update property listings, lead records, and data inventories .

Support the documentation and liaisoning team with file preparation, record-keeping, and follow-ups.

Manage social media accounts and post periodic updates about projects or firm activities.

Undertake other operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Skills & Requirements :

Confident communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.

Reliable, organized, and consistent in follow-ups.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Interest in real estate operations and liaisoning processes .

What You’ll Learn :

How industrial and other real estate transactions are structured and documented.

The working process of liaisoning with departments like HSIIDC, HSVP, and TCP Haryana.

How professional coordination, record management, and reporting are handled in real estate.

Fundamentals of client interaction, communication, and internal organization .

How branding and information management operate through social media.

Internship Details :

Duration : 2-3 months

Location : Plot No. 351, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurugram

Timings : Monday to Saturday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (relaxed schedule on Saturdays)

Mode : On-site

Stipend : ₹20,000 / month + performance incentive

Future Opportunity : You may be considered for a permanent role based on your performance.
