At Deeceeline, our Business Development Associates are the engine driving revenue. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads through outbound efforts, proactively engaging with potential students, and helping them enrol in our flagship courses. Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students from our lead database.
- Guide students through the course offerings and resolve pre-enrollment queries.
- Consistently follow up via WhatsApp / calls and push for enrollment.
- Maintain accurate call and lead status records in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly / monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand campaign intent and pitch alignment.
- Track and report performance regularly.
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills.Prior experience in telesales or edtech preferred (min. 1 Year).Good understanding of student psychology, objections, and conversion strategies.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
