Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue for our brand’s official website. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, creative with ad strategies, and capable of scaling paid media campaigns with strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing).

Manage full-funnel campaigns- awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversion .

Daily monitoring of budgets, bids, pacing, audiences, and creatives.

Develop revenue-focused advertising strategies to increase website conversions, ROAS , and CAC efficiency .

Implement advanced retargeting funnels, custom audiences, lookalike audiences.

A / B test landing pages, creatives, hooks, formats, and ad placements.

Analyze campaign performance using GA4 , Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads Dashboard , and internal reports.

Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, CAC, MER , attribution paths.

Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with insights & optimization plans.

Ensure accurate tracking of events like ATC, Initiate Checkout, Page View, Purchase, etc

Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels .

Knowledge of attribution models, UTM tagging, tracking, and analytics setup.

This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, understands consumer psychology, and knows how to combine creative storytelling with deep ad platform expertise to drive sales. You will be responsible for acquiring customers profitably and scaling paid media performance month on month.
