Job Description : Objective :

• Distributor accounting and backend support,
• Processing of Customers claims,
• Month End Activities,
• MIS Preparation and circulations related to claims,
• Internal and Statutory Audit compliance

Title : Executive – Order to Cash

Function : Finance

Work Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

Claim Management

Processing of Distributor Claims.

Implementation of BBD Policy, Tax compliance.

Support operations in reduction of >

30 days aged claims.

Support Operations in reduction of Expired Coupon / Wallet vs Last Year by 50%

Timely closure of the operational issue time to time. Ensure to respond to the calls from business and provide immediate resolutions

Month Closing activities Within Closing Timeline

Monthly provisions are booked properly and ensure the communications to zones Manual / system Provision.

Validation of system wallet generated values.

MIS Circulation & Audit Compliance

Claims Related Informatic MIS to Zones

Ensure the Compliance in all audits and ensure the MAP given with timelines.

Zonal Finance Team / Corporate Finance team / Tax Team

Auditors – statutory and SOX

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance

Experience :

3 to 5 years post qualification experience

Preferred experience in handling OTC in Manufacturing Industry

Functional Skills :

Strong in accounting & Taxation

Strong in Excel and System

Strong drive for results

High degree of focus on delivering result

Travel : 5 %
