About the Role :
We are hiring an experienced Order Management Team Lead to manage and mentor a high-performing team of Order-to-Cash (O2C) specialists. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end order processing efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous performance improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced BPO / BPM setup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of O2C specialists and SMEs
- Oversee order lifecycle including processing, escalations, invoicing, and resolution
- Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and development planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, logistics)
- Ensure quality, compliance, and system accuracy using ERP / CRM tools
- Proactively manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Execute continuous process improvements and performance tracking
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 6–8 years in Order Management / O2C with 2–3 years in team leadershipEducation : Graduate / Postgraduate (certifications in SCM or BPM are a plus)Skills : Strong leadership, ERP / CRM proficiency, stakeholder management, and process optimizationShift Flexibility : Must be willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends as per business needsPreferred Experience :
Background in Mortgage or Order Management processesExperience reviewing contracts / agreements and document updatesStrong attention to detail and document accuracy
