About the Role :

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business to closing sales deals.

Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at small-sized, mid-sized, and large companies.

Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth.

Collaborate with the Sales team and product team to shape the best products in the market and close global deals.

Proactively provide an up-to-date forecast for monthly and yearly sales targets.

Consistently meet or exceed quota levels by closing new business.

Plan the scope of improvements to current operations and oversee their implementation.

You Are / Have :

Availability for a full-time position in Pune.

Relevant experience in sales (mid-level candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience preferred).

Knowledge of MS Office is a must.

Ability to self-plan with discipline and thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.

Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs.

Demonstrate ability to conduct Demo visits and site visits.

Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills.

Undergraduate degree or experience in any field (Engineering / Management preferred)

Experience in event planning and organizing, or leading college projects / teams will be preferred.

Knowledge of outreach strategies and social media platforms will be a bonus
