Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a diverse team of full-stack developers in an Agile / Scrum environment. Oversee daily team activities, including sprint planning, release milestones, and performance management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Collaboration and Strategy : Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Work closely with US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision.
• Software Development and Delivery : Drive the software development process from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Project Management : Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Track and improve team productivity, KPIs, and goal achievements.
• Technical Expertise : Lead discussions and design implementations of HL7 interfaces and integration standards (HL7 v2, HL7 CDA, and FHIR).Develop RESTful APIs and support cloud-hosted SaaS solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and integration issues.
