Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely assistance to clients, addressing their queries with professionalism and empathy. Day-to-day tasks include delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, managing online support channels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also support clients with technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

• Ability to provide Online Support and Technical Support with efficiency and clarity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the legal sector, is a plus
