Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Build and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware
• Develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs
• Review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team
• Partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic
• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics
• Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support
• Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars too
