Core Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end procurement process for electronic components such as semiconductors, capacitors, resistors, PCBs, and power modules, ensuring timely availability for production.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with global suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and quality standards aligned with power electronics specifications.

Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and implement strategies to reduce lead times and mitigate risks like component obsolescence.

Evaluate and develop supplier relationships, conducting regular performance audits to maintain compliance with ISO standards and environmental policies.

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate procurement insights into product design, supporting innovation in power efficiency and reliability.

Manage inventory levels using ERP systems to optimize stock without excess, targeting a 95% on-time delivery rate.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on electronic components in manufacturing environments.

Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing for high-tech sectors, ideally power electronics or automotive electronics.

Proficiency in procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, or similar, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
