Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and diligent candidate to execute the R&D Strategy for Havells Research & Innovation. Drive R&D’s Orbit shift strategy framework to achieve mid and long terms objectives.

Job Location- Noida

Experience- 2 to 4 Years

Qualification- Postgraduate in Management + Engineering background

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing long-term R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product portfolio and recommend project prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies.
• Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
