Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR Function at Prompt Personnel.

This role is crucial in aligning our human resources practices with business goals, and ensuring culture, values and philosophy of Prompt is preserved.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee full spectrum of HR activities including :

o Talent Acquisition (TA)

o Performance Management System (PMS)

o Learning & Development (L&D)

o Employee Relations (Employee Grievances)

o Implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with company goals.

o Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

• Excellent communication, leadership, & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Tech Savy (Knowhow of latest HR tech)
